An Application of Iddhibadha for the Development of the Personnel Performance at Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Wichienburi District, Phetchabun Province

Abstract

                                   Abstract
    

          The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of an application of Iddhibadha for the development of the personnel performance at Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Wichienburi District, Phetchabun Province, 2) to study the application of Iddhibadha for the development of the personnel performance at Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Wichienburi District, Phetchabun Province by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and ways for the development of an application of Iddhibadha for the development of the personnel performance at Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Wichienburi District, Phetchabun Province.
    This research applied the Mixed Methods Research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. The sample was 182 personnel at Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Wichienburi District, Phetchabun Province. The tools of the research were questionnaire and in-Depth interview from the 7 key informants. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation,t-test and F-test with One Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD.
Results of the Research
    1. Overall, the application of Iddhibadha for the development of the personnel performance at Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Wichienburi District, Phetchabun Province was at the middle level ( =3.24). When considering each aspect, it was found Chanda (Desire) was at the highest level ( =3.35). Then, the Vimamsã (discrimination) was ( =3.27) and the Viriya (Energy or will) was ( =3.23). Moreover, the Citta (Consciousness) was at the lowest level ( =3.10).
    2. The personnel having the different gender had the different opinion toward study the application of Iddhibadha for the development of the personnel performance at Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Wichienburi District, Phetchabun Province at 0.05 statistical significance. Therefore, the hypothesis was accepted.  However, the personnel having the different age, degree of education, position and income had no the different opinion toward study the application of Iddhibadha for the development of the personnel performance at Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Wichienburi District, Phetchabun Province. Therefore, the hypothesis was denied
    3. The problems and obstacles of the application of Iddhibadha for the development of the personnel performance at Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Wichienburi District, Phetchabun Province were that the personnel had no commitment to work. The position of the personnel was unsuitable to their knowledge and capability because of the bias and unfairness. 
    The ways for the development of an application of Iddhibadha for the development of the personnel performance at Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Wichienburi District, Phetchabun Province were that the personnel should always be developed the potential, pay attention to the work, and be honest to the work. The commander should be fair and sympathize with the ordinates, work carefully, follow and evaluate the work and provide the activities for promoting the personnel. Moreover, the commander should assign the duty suitable to the capability of the personnel.
